Caution: If the amount of SARS-CoV-2 IgG is < 100 BAU/ml and the cultivation option is not If desired, the examination is completed; Optional: If the amount of SARS-CoV-2 IgG is < 100 BAU/ml, I would like the quantitative IgG determination (S protein) with correlation to the WHO reference material after culturing memory B cells.
